Matt has over 27 years of experience in Hospitality, Resort, Retail, Commercial, and Restaurant building design and construction management. His management experience ranges from contracts through construction administration on a variety of project types and sizes. Matt excels at facilitating other design professionals, managing consultants, and generating documents from schematic design to construction documents. 

Matt’s outgoing and gregarious personality has allowed him to develop a method of staff training and collaboration that translates into excellence in construction technologies and methods. His knowledge of construction and construction management provides him the tools required to manage and help educate others in this ever-changing industry. This translates into many successful clients and projects from inception through completion. 

Matt enjoys the challenges of working on multi-building resorts and large projects. They bring out his drive and enthusiastic approach to life manifested in his everyday routine. Managing with a sense of humor also brings out his sparkling personality and his ability to work with others in a fast paced and energetic industry. 

Matt has earned an Associate Degree in Architectural Design and Drafting graduating summa cum laude and holds a Florida general contractors license. He earned an Award of Excellent for Design for the Mad Cow Theater as the project manager as well as an ARDA Silver Award for the Westin St. John – Bay Vista. Matt is a skilled craftsman and when not working on projects in the office, he is taking on personal construction projects around his home and for his friends and family with assistance from with wife and two sons.
