With nearly 40 years of experience and as a licensed architect, Miles Beach specializes in architectural and interior design for hospitality & resort projects as well as other commercial projects. His portfolio includes full scale timeshare resorts, hotel and restaurant renovations, commercial office buildings, multi-family, and room renovations for several resort properties.
Miles’ knowledge and technical expertise in the field of hospitality along with his passion for exceptional client service has provided him opportunities to work with the hospitality industry leaders. Miles holds architectural licenses in several states, is a member of American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Licensing Boards and is a LEED® Accredited Professional. Miles is a graduate of Leadership Springfield, has served as secretary of his AIA Orlando and is currently serving on the Mt Dora Florida, Planning and Zoning Commission.
Miles earned his Master of Architecture degree from the NewSchool of Architecture + Design in 2012 and graduated Summa Cum Laude at the top of his class. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degree from the University of Nebraska in 1985. He has practiced both the architectural and interior design fields throughout his career. Miles moved to Orlando in 2002 to further pursue his passion for hospitality and resort design in the resort capitol of the world. In his time away from his career he can be found pursuing his other passions, his family, as well as racing Ironman triathlons.
